Situated on the upper floor, the charming apartment lies on 101 square meters and has 3 rooms plus kitchen and a study hall. It has a generous height of 3.3 meters, 3 fireplaces, delicate stuccowork, and deep windows with large borders. Light falls calmly and marvelously in the white rooms framed by well isolated windows, creating a charming atmosphere.

Through the living room, one can get in the large balcony that has a beautiful panorama of Linnegatan and Skansen Crown. The balcony, framed by a forged iron railing, is more than 3.5 m wide, large enough for exterior and floral furniture. The living is a spacious, lighten and very relaxing room. Here you can loosen up on a sofa, reading a book or watching TV and in the evening you can admire the dancing flames of the fireplace in the darkness.
