The hotel is surrounded by three thousand hectares of natural reservation being arranged in a historical building. Because it became a ruin, the old monastery required four years of work in order to regain its authentic and original splendor, this time becoming a suspended hotel in a sea of tranquility and untouched forest. Eremito Hotel is one of the first “Digital Detox” hotels from Italy. Today, as in the past centuries, this location keeps the austere simplicity of the old buildings, having rooms with beds for one person only.
