Gentleman’s Quarters is an apartment designed by Daniel Hopwood for a young bachelor. The apartment is located in Clapham Common, South London.

From the designer: We must be getting a reputation at Studio Hopwood for doing cool bachelor pads, as here is another one, but we are not complaining. Young men don’t come with much baggage and want a home that is completely tailored around them, a perfect client for us. Our’s here, Chris, was great to work with. His brief was clear, wanting a home that is undeniably masculine and suits his lifestyle. This central London apartment is designed for entertaining, being home alone, working out and even working at home. GQ magazine loves the project too and has featured it in their March 2017 issue as an ideal man pad.

St Joseph Residence by Wheeler Kearns Architects

Sited upon a coastal dune landscape, the St Joseph residence seeks proportional balance. Balance between elemental exposure and domestic intimacy of prospect and refuge. Balance between the natural and the manmade (in landscape, form, material, to color, texture, furnishings.)
