This 5 bed 4.5 bath modern new build, located in the heart of Arcadia, imitates a flat, cube-like structure. Architect Jason Comer, builder MooreMade and designer Joel Contreras created this 4,390 square foot home utilizing wood slat fin walls inside and out, walnut cabinetry marble finishes and black Brizo fixtures. With Mosa tile floors throughout, the Lafayette house has a perfect indoor to outdoor setting, using walls of pocketed glass. The backyard has intentional landscape design, firepit and water features, and an Ipe cantilevered pool deck.
