Mar Vista project is a detached art studio with loft over a garage in the Mar Vista neighborhood of Los Angeles, CA. This new construction was designed by Hsu McCullough Architecture.

Key elements considered in the design were reclaimed wood siding, solar photovoltaic panels and bridging the existing home to the art studio via a raised deck living space with fireplace. Photography by Clark Dugger
