Neo Suites: the Santorini boutique hotel designed by Kapsimalis Architects is completed with S-CAB outdoor furnishings.
On Santorini, one of the most visited and well-known Greek islands, the Neo Suites boutique hotel opened in 2023, in the heart of the cosmopolitan capital of Fira; its terraces and some indoor spaces boast the DRESS_CODE chaise longue designed by gumdesign, the SI-SI chair by Meneghello Paolelli and the Tripè coffee table by RadiceOrlandini DesignStudio, all produced by S-CAB.
Perched on the cliff, with breathtaking views, the structure, characterised by a unique and modern design, finds inspiration in the iconic game of Tetris, becoming the perfect destination for travellers who want a quality stay, where peace, tranquility and total relaxation are guaranteed.
The project was entrusted to Kapsimalis Architects, an internationally renowned architecture studio based in Santorini, whose initial approach is finding a correlation between the architectural solution and the surrounding environment by creating a contrasting play or a harmonious continuity, the same as Neo Suites.
The building consists of two floors on separate levels and a basement. The hotel consists of 12 rooms on the ground floor, 8 rooms on the first floor, while in the basement, inside an existing stone structure, you can find the reception, the restaurant, the spa-gym and additional spaces.
All 20 luxurious suites have a terrace with a private heated swimming pool and it is right here that DRESS_CODE is set, a chaise longue that draws inspiration from the tailoring tradition by playing with colour combinations (between structure and seat), with the textures of the different fabrics and processing. The terraces are completed by the eclectic SI-SI metal chairs by Meneghello Paolelli combined with the functional and essential Tripè round coffee tables, while the square ones are used for an internal reception room, always combined with SI-SI chairs.
Total white and splashes of colour in the furnishings create a warm atmosphere, where the guest can experience complete harmony.
The attention to detail in every aspect, together with the architecture and design of the hotel, guarantees a truly intimate and unforgettable stay, which with S-CAB furnishings will also be comfortable!
