The project is based on the demolition of a degraded building and the construction of a multifamily housing and commercial building.
The owners of this property, parents to grown children, renovated the home, and later, once their two eldest kids flew the nest, they decided to give the garden a much-needed face-lift.
A warm and laconic interior was designed for the Institute for Cognitive Modeling (ICM). The Institute deals with social communications research, also offers individual therapy sessions and author’s lectures.
Designed for our garden loving client in Artarmon, on Sydney’s leafy North Shore “House in the garden” is an addition to the rear of a modest, interwar bungalow set within a beautiful established garden.

The The Glass Cabin has stood here, in a meadow in the Jizera Mountains, for over a hundred years. The world around it has changed since it was built from the timber and granite of the surrounding forests.
The house is surrounded by green, natural woodland, a proportionate, unassuming Israeli house dominated by white hues with pastel touches that are introduced gently and pleasantly in light fittings, woodwork, wet rooms and accessories.
