The understanding of the area, the relationship of the land with the street and the scale of the street naturally determined the concept of the entire idea. The considerable gap between the ground space and the access route defined the way the house was positioned.
Among a mesmerizing view, Cacupé House is located, as its name suggests, in Cacupe – Florianopólis, Brazil, at a residential complex. The Studiocolnaghi was responsible for the interior design Project, which aims to integrate architecture elements to interior design solutions.
The full house renovation included a reconfiguration of the existing layout, a reinstated entrance hall, reclad existing stair, extended space in ground floor, a garden and ground floor WC.
The direct architectural logic of “BOX IN THE BOX”, coupled with outdoor space, naturally forms a three-layered nested structure, in which the inside is the outside, and vice versa.
The Or Akiva penthouse designed by Melamed is located on the shoreline and includes a spectacular public space as well as a private space with a large master suite, study, guest room, utility room, bathroom, and guest toilet.
Conceived in 2014 and completed in 2020, this contemporary, 4,200 square foot custom home nestled on the side of a steep sloping lot, packs an impressive program of spaces into a small footprint gracefully. Located in The Village at Treemont in Rollingwood, TX, the Stack House challenged the status quo of what is possible.
The project converted this apartment, uncharacteristic and outdated, into an apartment of exception, distinguished by its contemporary image and new functional organization compliant with the flexibility desired by the client.
