The refurbishment of the Bull and Last Pub has the following: Basement dig, Concrete ground beams, Cellar hatch piston lift, Under Pinning, Below Ground Drainage, water proofing, new commercial kitchen
The Eva St. Loft is a residential 3-level, 2-bedroom, 3-bathroom space with a clean and contemporary design and open floor plan. The loft utilizes neutral tones and simple textures to open the space up and create a calming flow throughout the home.
The Crosby House pays homage to the original mid-century era style of architecture infused with today’s modern elements: post and beam construction, multiple atriums to bring in natural light, floor-to-ceiling glass
The Control/Shift House is perched on the high side of the site which takes advantage of the view to the southeast. A gradual descending path navigates the change in terrain from the street to the entry of the house.
A protected and private timber box sits on top of a glass box in this renovation of a Sydney semi. Small, dark, rear rooms were demolished to make way for a large, airy, light space containing living, dining, and kitchen.
Warm and bright were the client’s main request when renovating their new Williamsburg home with OAD Interiors. A variety of soft, subtle materials were used and the design was kept minimal.
