Located in Toronto’s Roncesvalles neighbourhood, the Galley house challenges conventional notions typical of a semi-detached, Victorian era home, by providing a new rear entry hub, internal connectivity
“Parcel from Milan” is a new house. An open plan. The total area – 120 square meters. And as customers – a young family with a child. Working on this space was easy and interesting.
This Cole Valley hillside home spans four stories and almost 6,000 sq. ft.—from an entertainment level with acclimated walnut wine room, to the open living spaces on the main floor, to the family’s private quarters, to the walk-out rooftop deck.
Finally, our clients chose a 1960s house with a magnificent garden and with a very robust, compact enclosure. We wanted to “perforate” the facade, no so much as for the house to open up onto the garden, but for the garden to look onto the house.

Boss Coffee is a boutique coffee house located in the suburbs of Scottsdale, Arizona. The goal for Davis-Ink was to create a warm and inviting environment for people to truly experience the smells, sounds and process of brewing and food preparation.
Upon entering the door, you can see a row of white cabinets floating. On the right, there is an open cabinet where you can place coats and temporary items when going home and below which is the storage space reserved for the baby carriage.
