Living in Rio de Janeiro, this family needed a home to stay only a few days a week in the city of Sao Paulo. Therefore, simple technical and conception solutions were the guide for the design of FJC apartment.
This old Victorian style house now has been given a new life as a contemporary family home that embraces and celebrates its past and future. By taking away the intermediary support element, this intervention removes the barriers to the outdoor terrace.
