Dwelling Refurbishment in the Barcelona’s Garcia Neighbourhood
We are commissioned for a 140 m2 dwelling refurbishment located on Verdi Street in the Barcelona’s Garcia neighbourhood. The structure of the house has one drawback: of the 16 pieces that make it up, only 5 are connected to the exterior, either to the street or to the interior block patio, leading, as there is no additional patio, to a dwelling especially dark in its centre.
Pinwheel Residence in Texas by Baldridge Architects
The Pinwheel Residence is a 7,000 sq ft home and guest house located on a 1.4 acre lot in central Austin’s Tarrytown neighborhood. Designed around an equilateral triangle, the house is organized into three programmatic wings that radiate from a central conversation pit, negotiating the 30′ of grade on the property.

Kaldi’s new location is convenient to Saint Louis University, residents of mid-town, and everyone who travels along the busy Vandeventer corridor just off highway 40.
