Rectangular Concrete House with an Interior Courtyard in Monterrey
Located in a residential area in San Pedro Garza GarcÃa within the Metropolitan Area of Monterrey, the volume is separated from the street generating a front yard for pedestrian and vehicular access.
Glen Park House / McElroy Architecture
We telescoped the Glen Park house apart to gain more height on all levels, and created a double-height entry volume at the street front. A kitchen by Henrybuilt dominates the open plan, and an extension at the back with large sliding doors opens to the garden beyond.
K16 Cafe in Perm, Russia / ALLARTSDESIGN
In Russia (Ural), Perm – a new cafe called K16 Cafe was opened. The interior was executed by studio ALLARTSDESIGN led by designer Artemy Saranin. The facility is located on the ground floor and covers an area of only 115 ft2.
Casa Cielo Azul by Signum Architecture
Casa Cielo Azul includes 2 bedrooms, 2 ½ baths, office, wine cellar and covered terrace. Floor to ceiling glass in the kitchen, where the owners spend most of their time, fills the room with natural light. Indoor materials and floor treatments flow out onto an open terrace, further blurring the boundary between outdoors and in.

Taking in breath-taking views of Sydney’s CBS, The Darlinghurst penthouse is like a next on the edge of the city. The scale of the apartment was transformed by matching interior floor finishes to the external bluestone paving, linking the interior and exterior with the view beyond.
