Core Modern Homes is a 16,000sf 7 unit townhouse development which explores the potential of spatially oriented apertures that work to induce movement and visual interest within an efficient volume which maximizes programmatic potential.
The long cherished wish of a private painting workshop became reality in the backyard. An unsightly shed grew to a light studio with attic. The side walls of the barn remained as witnesses for those who couldn’t believe this would be possible.

The Bagatelle brand began in the meatpacking district of Manhattan, New York. Hailing from France, proprietors Aymeric Clemente and Remi Laba teamed up in early 2008 to create a restaurant that encompasses the French Mediterranean lifestyle in atmosphere and cuisine.
