The project presents the renovation of an apartment located in a building on the ‘Eixample’ neighbourhood, Barcelona. Originally, the apartment presented a decayed and dark image due to the excessive subdivided rooms.
This charming heritage home has been transformed into a modern three bedroom, two bathroom home. North facing windows capture and disperse natural light throughout the living zones.
The architects have been involved with previous projects on this tree-rich property, and were commissioned to design a small contemporary house to compliment the existing collection of buildings – spatially organised around a modern interpretation of the Cape Werf.
The task was to design an overall reconstruction of the suburban house in a retro style in Lány for weekend living. The house is located at the outskirts of the village. The street consists of a row of family houses and the edge of the forest.
The Spot is a new multi brand chain of premium fashion sportswear stores, currently located in three retail spaces in Belgrade and Novi Sad, Serbia. The request of the client was to create a space oriented towards the customers who use sportswear to create their own style and identity.
This Los Gatos modern home, which also involved extensive remodeling of the existing modern residence located high above Silicon Valley, was inspired by dominant images and textures from the site: boulders, bark, and leaves.
The Quintessa Pavilions  are the newest addition to the Quintessa Estate, a winery and residence designed by  Walker Warner Architects. The result is three, unique wine tasting pavilions that can be utilized year-round despite the weather.
The clients purchased this wood frame row house in east Williamsburg after falling in love with this beautiful, small tree-lined street. Their new neighbors were undertaking a renovation to restore their house to match the 1940’s-era tax photo.
