Nano Pad is an interior architecture project within a 22 sqm Art Deco Studio Apartment in Sydney’s inner city. The project was designed as short stay accommodation, as an alternative to short comings of existing “design hotels” in Sydney.
Situated within a landmark former warehouse, the project combines two previously renovated apartments into one new home for a young, growing family. With complex lives that require flexible live and work space, the design re-balances the spatial distribution to emphasize a grand, communal area while minimizing the sleeping spaces.
Jacobs-Yaniv Architects designed this inspiring modern family residence, situated in Herzliya, Israel, in 2016. Jacobs-Yaniv house is a house of two architects and two children. The design of our own home was an ongoing process of about 6 years.
Designed by B-Huber Studio, La Reserva loft is located in The Book Zapopan, Jalisco. Using a more open and only segmented by light and translucent blinds, layout creates ample space in which live parts industrial, to generate a masculine and modern atmosphere.

This project is a single family residence in Chicago’s Wicker Park neighborhood. It entails the construction of a new two-story brick masonry residence, with a glass enclosed walkway that leads to a renovated existing coach house structure.
