Union space is a well-known coworking space in Indonesia and several countries in Asia. Due to the rapid development and must have some coworking spaces, especially in Jakarta, the main issue is the problem of a fairly tight budget. Then finally architect approached by creating efficient design as possible in terms of appearance and budget.
By calculating the efficiency, the main concept chosen is PARALLINE, taken from Parallelogram and Line. This paralline pattern is taken from an idea to equate the layout pattern of an existing room. So, the room layout pattern and concept pattern can feel the same and harmonious. The concept of paralline which includes parallelogram and line are applied to the wall patterns. The Paralline office concept is taken to make an efficient design might not look monotonous, so it can be interesting. Besides being applied to the wall patterns, the concept of paralline is also applied to existing furniture forms and to some ceiling parts.
The wall is also using paint of several different colours, making simple paints more attractive and not monotonous. In addition, material selection is also the solution we choose to make everything better. Architect only uses raw materials for the floor, such as finishing coat and some spots which we cover with vinyl.
