Passeig de Gràcia apartment was designed by interior designer Katy Schiebeck in Barcelona.
Description by Katy Schiebeck: An apartment of 400m2, located on Paseo de Gracia. It is a remodeling of a reconverted floor into a dwelling for tourist development of high standard. Paseo de Gracia is the most listed street of Barcelona and for that we used luxury as a starting point.
We wanted to create a space that outstands over the common dwelling intended for seasonal rental. We bet for the furniture design and artistic works in order to get a sophisticated place with personality.
The kitchen is an extension of the dining room for that we worked with a marble structure. What we needed was to get the interiors were impressive, since the purpose of the reform was to capture as much public as possible. The clients would choose those apartments for rent through images and hence the importance of getting the project visually outstands. Visit Katy Schiebeck
