The Vitus Headquarters is housed in a revitalized 25,000-square-foot, 1920s-era building, marking a significant milestone in the company’s mission to invest in communities nationwide.
When the owners of a 1920s Californian Bungalow on Sydney’s lower north shore desired more living space, Sandbox Studio proposed a pavilion-style extension rather than building upward. This new, low-lying structure preserves the original streetscape view while creating a private domain at the rear of the property.
Casa T is a 286.61 m² farmhouse in Menorca. The local architecture studio, Gabriel Montañés, turned an abandoned building into a modern home that still honors the island’s heritage. Located on a spacious corner lot in Austin’s Zilker neighborhood, Garner Estate began with two key elements: a majestic live oak tree and a 1940 stone cottage. Rick and Cindy Black Architects drew on Texas vernacular influences to shape the new main house. Gabled roofs, arches, and inviting porches create a friendly, classic look that fits easily into the existing streetscape.
