Eleven Spitalfields is located to the rear of the Dyson House and Gallery project, which is the residence of Chris Dyson and his wife, Sarah. This structure was originally built in 1840, and consisted of the king trusses, supporting piers and large lantern rooflight we see at ground floor level today.
Peter Landers is a London based professional photographer who successfully combines his passion for photography, architecture and interiors.
He holds a BArch Honours in Architecture from The University of Newcastle Upon Tyne and a Masters Degree in Industrial Design from the University of Northumbria.
The Glade residence is sunk into the topography of the site, within a clearing in the trees, hence the name ‘The Glade’. A large basement utilises existing site excavation, with the ground floor enclosed in Guernsey granite sourced on site, with highlights or natural lime render at openings.
