Designed by BARN arch., the Private7 Villas project is a visionary residential development situated on a 4000 m² plot in Ömerli, Istanbul. The project is based on the independent use of residential buildings while fostering a micro-neighborhood dynamic among the seven villas and shared communal areas.
A Thoughtful Integration with the Environment
The arrangement of the villas and common spaces considers the immediate surroundings, site geometry, and elevation values. Building typologies vary according to the terrain, while open spaces and façade movements create unique variations on each side. These elements ensure that the project blends seamlessly into its natural environment while offering an individualized architectural character.
