SVB Realty Offices by ZERO9 transforms a landmark office space in Mumbai into a prestigious headquarters. When SVB Realty, a leading developer, acquired a 1,500‑square‑foot space, they turned to ZERO9 for a fresh design that makes a strong first impression and supports modern work needs.
A Grand Entrance and Luxurious Reception
First, ZERO9 merged two adjoining offices to create a large reception area. The space welcomes visitors with marble‑clad walls and a grand marble desk. Next, a small meeting room sits on one side for quick discussions. On the other side, a spacious presentation room shows off SVB Realty’s upcoming projects. Rich leather panels add a touch of luxury and hide a private washroom, server room, and boardroom.
Innovative Boardroom and Bright Workspaces
Then, the design features an impressive boardroom. It has a custom 10‑seat table with a marble top and a sleek leather base. The room also has marble walls and state‑of‑the‑art technology for video calls and meetings. In addition, natural light flows through fluted panels that separate workstations and meeting rooms. This bright light and simple color palette make the office feel open and inviting.

Moreover, ZERO9’s design mixes luxury with modern technology. Every element is chosen to look good and work well. As a result, the office blends style and function in a clear way.
