Alexandrine Lukach Ukrainian interior designer transformed the classic interior of Kyiv`s apartment into a modern eclectic. The designer’s mission was to refresh charismatic space which had been previously created by her three years ago and add up-to-date furniture, lighting, and decor.
Fujiwara Yoshi is a Japanese restaurant with Ukrainian soul. It is a maze you don’t want to leave. Here, aesthetics waltzes with functionality, pipes become lamps, flowers grow from the ceiling, and moss — from the plates.
The concept of the Genius Loci Mountain Chalet was determined by its location – the mountain village in Ivano-Frankivsk region (Ukraine). Carpathian villages it is a special world with their worldview, traditions and laws.
Spacious 4-storey duplex house is located in the picturesque suburb of Kyiv. The owner enjoys modern painting, has a large collection of Ukrainian art and organizes art events.
From a planning point of view, the villa has a clear and understandable structure. The central part is occupied by the common space of the Living Room, which combines: a sofa area, a dining area and open kitchen.
Designed by Kyiv-based architect Sergey Makhno for his own family, the home boasts a roof terrace, an open-plan living, kitchen and dining area, multiple art pieces, and numerous articles of furniture designed specifically for the apartment by Makhno.
The interiors of the Golden Oak apartment are made in a slightly more restrained manner, rather than the boutiques of the world brand, but at the same time they are not inferior in elegance. The overall concept of the project is based on heat-cold contrasts: colors, textures, surface finishes and textiles.
The first apartment of a young family – was full of dreams about a new life in a cozy “nest”, joint warm evenings, beautiful holidays, a comfortable corner for the hobby and creativity of everyone. This emotionally charged project went to Elena Fateeva from Fateeva Design.
