The apartment v2 is situated at the first floor of a historical house in the center of Koper. The house was once a home of a noble family, but after WW II was divided in smaller apartments, as many others.
The design for the firm’s Portland office effortlessly connects people to each other, the firm’s work, and their creative resources by encouraging spontaneous interactions and accessible views of each other’s current, in-the-moment projects.
InsideOut was appointed for the refurbishment of a 105 sqm penthouse in the converted Hartley Jam Factory in Bermondsey. The apartment enjoys a roof terrace and fantastic views of the city; although, it suffered from wear and tear of a basic developer fit out.
The design of this home arose out of a series of site challenges and constraints. The one-acre property and existing home sat within a protected area of the Santa Monica Mountains.
A home set in the hillside of an affluent area owned by a young couple, about to start a family. The brief was to accommodate a place that will provide a calm simple lifestyle.
The new home has five bedrooms and five baths, floor-to-ceiling sliders and French doors with an abundance of natural light and skylights throughout, formal living and dining rooms, and a chef’s kitchen
