Neumann Haus is a renovation and extension to an old 1880’s Victorian brick house in an old suburb of Melbourne, Australia. The new building at the rear of the house consists mainly of one large L shaped open plan kitchen
Rear extension to a double fronted Edwardian Redbrick, slate roof, four principle rooms with a central corridor. The new is essentially a self-contained home for parents. Children and guests are housed in the existing building with their own large bathroom.
Located in a former bank on a prominent corner site, Captain Grey is an elegant art deco-styled cafe in Essendon’s main shopping strip.
The partial renovation of this period home in Elsternwick is the result of a shared vision and a love of design between the client and designer. The timber clad extension completed by F3 Studio connects the existing period home to the refurbished open plan living area.
