This Project consists of the integral refurbishment of a home in Petrer (Alicante). The existing building occupied a constructed surface of 138m2, 19 of which correspond to a porch.

Characterized by an impressive overhang, the flow of interior and exterior spaces and the creative use of a double ground level, the ” Shelter on a Rock ” project draws its roots in the work of the modernist architect Richard Neutra who shaped the built environment in the Californian desert.
Cloud House / Akin Atelier
Cloud house is a private home located at Bondi Beach. The concept was to maximise the opportunity for light to interact with the surfaces of the house, like the facets of a cloud. The Cloud house is open towards the East of the site to benefit from the morning sun, while the internal courtyard allows sun throughout the day to flood the double height living area.
House by the Park / Loft Kolasiński
he project included the revitalization of the house from 1935 in Szczecin, interior design and design of parts of the furnishing. Furniture designed by Loft Kolasiński: kitchen table, built-in wardrobes in the hall, bathroom furniture, TV chest of drawers.
