The project included the interior design of an attic in a tenement house from 1911. The apartment was created after a comprehensive renovation of a unique Art Nouveau building built by Dawid Gronner in the years 1910-1911 in Cracow.
For this project, the goal was to develop a design template that can be referenced to return units to their original spatial and material condition while updating all its systems to current comfort standards.
In this modern seaside home, the living space reveals itself through a varied range of sequences and views changing with seasons and the passing of time. The owners wished to renovate the house in order to make it more adapted to their lifestyle
Casa Terrazas is located west of the city of Chihuahua, in a subdivision on a hill, on a south facing plot. The clients were looking for a concept in which the views of the city would be used to the maximum while at the same time avoiding direct sunlight in summer
The site is situated at the edge of the village, adjacent to a forest park. Backed by the mountain, endowed with greenery, its peace and quietness inspired the designer Jin Feng, and the silhouette of a reclusive white hillside family house appeared in his mind.
Morgana House is somewhere else. Surrounded by neighboring homes dating from the late nineteenth century, the building is like an abstract volumetric study for a potential building and seems to have fallen out of context.
In order to address the site conditions, the Isle of Skye Retreat consists of two volumes; one closed, the other open. The first contains all serving functions to support the main open rooms.
