They came to our studio with their vision of the apartment. Martyna in love with the Scandinavian style wanted a flat in white and gray, while Mateusz wanted more modern but warm. We decided to try to combine their requirements in one project.

House JRv2 is a contemporary residence completed in 2017 by the Polish studio de.materia. The plot lies on the edge of the reserve Żurawiniec, and It is surrounded by a dense park in the south and the west.
Reconstruction of a Holiday Flat in a Small Tenement House
The project included the revitalization and reconstruction of a holiday flat in a small tenement house from 1920 in Międzyzdroje, Interior design and design of some furniture. The furniture designed by Loft Kolasinski: beds, bedside tables, benches and a table in the bathroom.

The flat is located in a building from the 20’s. The project included revitalization and partial reconstruction of all rooms. The apartment is furnished with furniture designed and made by Loft Kolasinski: 2 chests of drawers, dining table, coffee table, kitchen table, bed and night tables.
Coastal Style Apartment in Sopot, Poland
The coastal style apartment occupies the whole floor of the building and its windows face the 4 sides of the world. The circular living room is the center of the house, where the whole family meets and where we can relax with the sound of the waves and warm by the fireplace.
