This contemporary waterfront cottage is located in the south side of Calafquen lake, in the lake region of the south of Chile where the landscape consists in a low ridge and docile relief where the elements appear like isolated modules in a continuous ground.
The Del Sol House is considered as a traditional construction of reinforced concrete, looking to resemble an adobe construction, the molds of the panels leave their texture exposed so absorbing the gleaming light throughout the day.

This net-zero cabin designed to be vacation home lies in a historic mining area in Washington State’s Cascade Mountains. Situated in a master-planned resort community, the house blends sustainable modern architecture with reclaimed rustic materials.
Recently completed, we designed this home for a family of four in the Nelson Preserve area of Suncadia, where the clients desired a home that hugged the landscape but had a peek-a-boo view of the vistas beyond.
The design solution that resulted is the marriage of landscape and architecture. Though the neighborhood itself is graded flat, the parkland to the north is a wild original dunescape. By restoring our idea of the original natural state to the site, we created a set of hydrodynamic dunes with penetrations that allow water to sluice through the land
