Located on the top of a hillside, in one of the most established housing states of Valencia, the Quarry House is based on the extreme conditions of the ground with the aim of climbing the slope to get views to the landscape.
Villa Slow is designed and built with extreme mindfulness and care for detail. The house is a rental holiday retreat in the Natural Park of Valles Pasiegos, in the North of Spain emerging from a stone-ruin within a more than two-hectare terrain of natural landscape.
A dual strategy is applied to this complete reform project: Firstly, the floor plan arrangement is based on an L-shaped service band that integrates the access, wet areas, storage areas and leisure spaces.
This is a renovation of a modernist apartment of 180 m2 with a patio of 87 m2 located in the city of Barcelona. The client’s intention was to transform a classic home in Barcelona’s Eixample into a modern and contemporary family apartment.
This light-flooded penthouse wants to recreate a pleasant, special space. A space of enjoyment but, at the same time, versatile and flexible. A small break in the heights. Therefore, it has been organized in a diaphanous way, allowing our clients to organize and take advantage of it according to their needs.
We had the opportunity to work in a blacksmith workshop to turn it into a home. Despite the need to completely change the configuration of space and structure we have tried to preserve the spirit of the workshop, the cranes, the light the systems and the materials.
House H is located in an affluent area in Madrid. The house has a floor area of 14,000 sq. ft. (1,300 sq. m.) and is the answer to the broad and diverse functional needs of the client, a well-known international sportsman.
