The site for The courtyard house was typical of Alexandria, at 150msq in size (5m wide), built to the boundary on two sides and with a low scale apartment block to the rear.
SLIM FIT is a permanent micro dwelling of 50m2 designed for urban densification. SLIM FIT occupies with its minimal footprint, 16 m2, less area than 2 parking spaces.
123 Hillcrest House by REdesign.build has received the First Award at Global Architecture & Design Awards (GADA). GADA is the annual Awards hosted by the renowned platform Rethinking The Future.
The residence is composed of three rectilinear masses varying in size and tone; each clad in a distinct corrugated metal siding with a subtle change of finish. From the street the residence appears to rest on an island which is accessed only by a bridge.

Located at Franklinford in Victoria’s Central Highlands, the four-bedroom home is shared between two families, providing a gathering place for the extended family and a place to relax and relish the joys of rural life.
This project is a light flooded second storey extension to a Californian bungalow in Northcote, Melbourne. This minimised work to the ground floor and allowed the owners to remain in occupation for a large part of the build reducing total project costs.
