Mi Chola is a 3,500 sq. ft. “contemporary Mexican cuisine” restaurant located in Aspen, Colorado. Our clients have been a part of the local “foodie” scene for many years so when word got out, expectations were high.
Our Palm Residence takes inspiration from the Mid-Century Modern aesthetic and adapts it to the eclectic tastes of the contemporary client.
In the entry hallway we wrapped an existing wall with new wooden fins that are perforated into an oversized pegboard, allowing it to function as storage (seen below on the left).
UN Environment and UN Habitat tasked the design team to address these issues with a housing prototype that would be installed at the UN Headquarters in New York. In response, we designed and built the Ecological Living Module – ELM
