How do we avoid overwhelming when we are tasked to marry an incomparable art collection with 360 degree views of New York City while 72 stories above ground?

We focused the modern and minimalist interior spaces on the artworks, leaving the peripheral rooms to be absorbed by Manhattan views. As one of the largest penthouses in New York, we marry this floating art gallery in the sky with the city’s horizon to create an inimitable experience.
