Unusual pleasure is the possibility of drinking morning coffee with sea view. No matter if it is in the sun or in the stormy weather, this view is always wonderful. We were fortunate enough to be able to design these beautiful interiors in a historic townhouse on the Polish sea. We wanted to give the spirit of the seaside climate as much as possible, while keeping the chic and elegant, sometimes slightly nonchalant, so as to encourage relaxation and not be a competition, but only a framing the views from behind the window.
The coastal style apartment occupies the whole floor of the building and its windows face the 4 sides of the world. The circular living room is the center of the house, where the whole family meets and where we can relax with the sound of the waves and warm by the fireplace.
The dining room is the viewing center of the house, where, apart from food, we can contemplate the view and read the book on a comfortable window seat. The dining room is connected to the kitchen with an unusual glass eaves, which gives a slightly industrial character to the interior and beautifully separates the kitchen from the dining room.
In the apartment we have 2 bathrooms. One typical seaside resort, all in white and gray stone with tub and a second large, elegant main bathroom, with a hidden shower behind the glass wall and a hidden door to the utility room. We also have a beautiful mirror with movable side-pieces and beautiful New York sconces. The mosaic on the bathroom floor reminds us, floor decor of the Art Nouveau period from which the tenement comes from. All stucco and rosette on the ceiling are copies of the original decoration of this building. There are 3 bedrooms and a dressing room. The whole is kept in the same colors and consistently selected all the accessories and decorations.
The purpose of the project was to create a place with a climate of seaside elegance. Customers throughout the investment process gave us a free hand and allowed us to consistently lead the project, making the whole coherent and elegant.
