When a young couple decided to start their life together in Cobble Hill Condo, they wanted an interior that felt grown-up yet lively. Consequently, OAD Interiors responded with an open plan that unifies the living and dining areas while allowing each space to feel distinct. To achieve this, the designers introduced seamless millwork for storage, crafting a warm, cohesive backdrop. At the same time, the fireplace and door panels received a sophisticated finish in Xtone by Porcelanosa.
Artistic Highlights in Shared Spaces
In the dining room, a sculptural chandelier by Brooklyn-based Pelle makes a bold statement. Moreover, vibrant textile art by Nike Schroeder from Los Angeles introduces a dynamic pop of color. These pieces bring visual excitement to the neutral millwork and exemplify the couple’s youthful spirit.
A Dramatic Stairwell Centerpiece
Transitioning upstairs, visitors are greeted by a custom mural designed and painted by Heather Jozak Studios. This artwork spans the double-height stairwell and is gently illuminated by Matthew McCormick pendants, creating a dramatic yet inviting focal point in the condo’s vertical core.
Bedroom Focused on Light and Views
Because the bedroom offered only one viable layout, OAD Interiors devised a headboard that preserves both natural light and exterior views. The bed and nightstands, designed by Isle Crawford for De La Espada via The Future Perfect, blend simplicity and comfort. For ambient lighting, a brass ceiling fixture by Workstead hangs overhead, while Artemide table lamps complete the bedside glow. An Eskayel custom pillow and a Ben & Aja Blanc dresser mirror layer in personal touches of functional art.
Altogether, Cobble Hill Condo by OAD Interiors fuses a sophisticated aesthetic with vibrant details, ultimately creating a polished home that still feels playful and fresh.
