Projected by Isola Homes in Seattle, this three bedroom house is categorized as having 4 Star Built Green. When the building was made there were used especial products preferable to the environment, which do not generate waste and can be recycled. Also high energy efficiency has been taken into account. Interior finishes are based on non-toxic alternatives and for the exterior – access roads, alleys and courtyard – permeable materials were used. In the interior, the accentuated presence of wood stands out which gives attractiveness and greater warmth to the space, transforming it into a welcoming home. Green architecture via Isola Homes
