Pipca bistro is situated in a new-rising „gastro“ district in the street Milady Horákové, Prague – Letná. The leading part is played by chicken – pipca (tweety :)) and the way of cooking: thanks to its size and noticeable design, the grill called rotisserie is the heart of the bistro.
The owners of Digbeth’s much-loved craft beer and burger restaurant, Original Patty Men, wanted to open a bar in the adjacent unit for diners to enjoy a drink while they waited for a table during busy periods. But they were keen for Kilder bar to be more than just an overflow space and enlisted Faber Design & Architecture to create a bar with a clear, separate identity, with a very different look and feel to the restaurant.
YOSHINORI is a gourmet restaurant located in the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Prés just a stone’s throw away from Odéon. The space consists of two floors, a ground floor and a basement. It is characteristic of the neighborhood in which it is located and has a stone and wooden structure, visible wooden beams on the ground floor, and vaulted stone cellars in the basement.
A Lasagneria bistro specialized in Italian lasagne is situated in Korunní street, at the district Královské Vinohrady, Prague. Former grocery store is characterized with its large display windows and light interior.
Mama Makan is a contemporary Dutch-Indonesian Grand Café that seamlessly integrates with the hotel lobby, connecting travellers with the local residents and the historic context of the neighbourhood. Mama Makan is inspired by the journeys on the ancient trading routes.
Arthur and Mathilde were sure about the fact that to bring this traditional receipt to the contemporary world they needed to represent it through a modern brand that could appeal to a young and actual public.
Our proposal is amplifying an early 20th century atmosphere whilst keeping the NoD Café signature; the pompous central bar under the floating Jiri David’s Golden bones sculpture and the elevated seating area.
