From the architect: Set on a large semi-rural property, this single storey L-shaped modern house wraps a courtyard terrace and pool. The main wing includes a study facing the front garden, as well as an open plan living area and master bed adjacent to the terrace.
The second wing includes three kids’ bedrooms and a lounge. A feature concrete block spine wall runs from the entry through to the living area and returns back outside to one end of the pool. The pool is the focal point from within the house but it is also designed to maximise the wider rural views.
