Honoring Tradition with Local Materials
The foundation of this farmhouse lies in its respect for the land. The design integrates materials sourced directly from the property, including fir trees that were logged, milled, and repurposed into both exterior siding and interior finishes. This approach not only celebrates the island’s natural resources but also ties the structure to its surroundings in a deeply authentic way.
