Planning and interior design of 50 sqm apartment in central Tel Aviv. The owners of the apartment did not want to make any drastic changes in the structure, so apart from the kitchen area, especially the wall that separated the kitchen space from the central space, there were almost no structural changes.
Sitting behind an industrial facade is the striking brutalist Prahran House. An escape from the streetscape, our design provides a nod to the style of the original building with the restored facade of the former textile factory.

Also the neighbour proximity could compromise privacy and the feeling of being in the nature. Probably, the beauty of complex plots is they provide specific conditions to produce architecture.

With a limited budget and limited space for building in, the challenge was to transform the existing dark and cramped kitchen space into a bright and open space that would cater to the needs of a growing family.
The Patios Lasso House is located in the province of Cotopaxi, in the area of Lasso. The land is part of the area of Ranchos San José in the middle of a rural environment. The order was a family house thought to enjoy the countryside, the sowing, the landscape, and the environment.
