The JSL House was designed from the idea of connection – visual, privileging the view to the sea; and living and leisure spaces.
The refurbished 100sqm apartment located in the Jardins neighborhood in São Paulo complies with all the young client needs.
The IF Residence design started from the intention of creating large rooms which comfortably would promote dialogue between the exterior and the interior of the residence, using an architectural language inspired by international style.
Casa Por Do Sol is a project of two houses, located in the municipality of Tibau do Sul, inserted in an irregular terrain of 642m² on a slope that dominates the amazing views to the Guaraíras Lagoon and the spectacular dunes of Malemba beach.
Located on the 11th floor of the Copan Building, the apartment signed by SuperLimão Studio had as premise to integrate the spaces. The challenge was to create spans in the project, since the existing structure did not allow to transform the apartment into a loft.
Entrenched in an Atlantic Forest reserve in the coast of the São Paulo state, this modern oceanfront house welcomes the sea view and the surrounding wild landscape.
Signed by AMZ Arquitetos, led by the architects Adriana Zampieri and Pablo Alvarenga; this luxury contemporary home is located in a green residential area in São Paulo, Brazil.
