Rebel Road Renovation was a full house renovation and contemporary addition to a ranch home in the Travis Heights neighborhood. A new master suite addition looks out onto a new pool which is shaded by a massive 400 year old oak tree. The pool was integral to the clients for creating their own oasis and getaway from the hot Texas summers. Indoor and outdoor spaces are blended with large floor to ceiling windows and an indoor/outdoor wood ceiling. The main living, dining and kitchen space in the existing house were opened up utilizing a 40′ long steel beam supporting the existing roof. New skylights allow dappled light from the oak tree to brighten the interiors.
