Perched on the 32nd and 33rd floors, the Sea View Penthouse by Dudu Cohen frames the horizon with uninterrupted views of the Mediterranean. Every visit begins with a ritual—stepping onto the roof terrace to breathe in the salty air, feel the warmth of the sun, and embrace the refreshing sea breeze. These natural elements not only inspired the design but also shape every detail of the apartment.
Inspiration and Natural Materiality
From the outset, the sea, wind, and sun became guiding forces for the project. Large silver travertine slabs cover the floor, their reflective qualities recalling the fluidity of water. The entrance and dining areas feature a striking three-dimensional stone wall covering, imported from Italy to enrich the sense of texture. Bathrooms continue this dialogue with nature through light stone finishes that enhance brightness and calm.
Every detail reflects a sea-inspired ambiance. Walnut veneer carpentry accented with brass and smoked glass introduces both warmth and refinement. Bespoke furniture, textiles, carpets, and bedding were carefully designed for each room, creating a cohesive yet individualized experience. Thus, the Sea View Penthouse blurs the line between natural inspiration and contemporary sophistication.
Custom Furnishings and Design Innovations
The kitchen, crafted in collaboration with Poliform Italy, combines walnut cabinetry with quartz stone surfaces illuminated by hidden lighting. The living room features furniture by Minotti, while Gallotti & Radice elevate the dining area, and Giorgetti completes the master suite and office. Each selection strengthens the narrative of refined coastal living.
Furthermore, the design cleverly conceals technology to preserve visual purity. At the client’s request, TV screens disappear when not in use: the living room set retracts into the floor, while bedroom screens hide seamlessly within the ceiling. These solutions ensure a clean aesthetic without sacrificing modern convenience.
Custom lighting adds an artistic dimension. Special fixtures carved from onyx stone glow like sculptural elements, including two luminous installations in the dining area and an infinity-shaped piece in the kitchen. These features not only illuminate but also heighten the apartment’s atmosphere.

Completed in just one year through agile planning and execution, the Sea View Penthouse by Dudu Cohen adapts seamlessly to the owners’ evolving needs. With its balance of natural materials, innovative detailing, and bespoke furnishings, the project redefines contemporary coastal luxury. Ultimately, the Sea View Penthouse offers more than a residence—it creates an elevated sanctuary where light, sea, and design merge into a singular experience.
