The object of a reconstruction is a country/old suburban house near Kyiv (Ukraine). It was totally neglected by former owners. Original building had a lot of small rooms and an attic. In our redesign we removed the walls including a part of a bearing wall, which was replaced with a wooden beam.
Charming woman requested for cozy, light and fun interior in her two room apartment in Trakai, Lithuania. The core of this interior is entresol suspended on steel ropes designed above the kitchen.
The project was created and implemented in 2016. Two-level apartments are located in LCD “White Chocolate” and represent an open space of 65 sqm. The apartment is designed for young, active people who will appreciate the non-standard solutions realized in small apartments.
This colorful apartment can be found in the heart of Budapest, with extraordinary view of the city, the Danube and one of the most beautiful buildings, the Parliament. The apartment was completed in 2017 by Margeza Studio.
The Sweet Factory House project is an alterations and a second-level addition to a former sweet factory located within inner Melbourne. The upper level pops over the heritage facade to frame an outdoor terrace, master bedroom and adjoining bathroom.
