Superlofts Blok Y, a cooperative housing project in Utrecht designed by Marc Koehler Architects, wins the Private Housing category of the 2018 Royal Institute of Dutch Architects (BNA) award for Building of the Year.
The Line Lofts is an 82-unit residential building located in one of Los Angeles’ most active development corridors. Situated along Las Palmas Avenue just steps away from Hollywood and Highland, the six-story project infills an 182-foot x 127-foot lot to become the tallest new construction in the neighborhood.
GRADE transformed this conventional loft with the use of modern art pieces and intriguing accents of purple, red, and green in the living area. The balance of soft and cutting-edge shapes in the kitchen area, along with contemporary materials mixed with classic patterns and textures
This loft is located in the last floor (50th) of the tallest building in Brazil (Orion Complex), located in the city of Goiania, in central Brazil. All the pipes where painted, to maintain the industrial style. A vertical vegetable garden grows on the walls of the kitchen all the way to the living room.
We built a Wormhole above Bond Street by invading a historic structure with futuristic bits to create a world within a world: new inside of old, dark inside of bright, minimal inside of maximal. The Bond Street apartment is defined by a complete change of style, form, lighting, and material on all surfaces from floor to ceiling.
A double-height loft, an intervention where works have already started, a young family and their home renovation. This project is focused on reorganizing the open-plan living space, enhancing its verticality and preserving the layout of the rooms – bathrooms excluded.
The 80m2 Sao Paulo loft should fit perfectly with the way of life of the client who is young and single. Another issue to be addressed was the fact that the property was rented. Considering these facts, we decided to design most of the furniture in the apartment, so that they could be reused in different ways elsewhere.
The owner of Horatio Loft, BarkBox CMO Jay Livingston, purchased the loft space and wanted to embrace the 100-year-old building’s warehouse past.
