This 3200 square foot Greenwich Street Loft was designed for a couple who live alone but will occasionally host their extended family. The master suite is an extension of the public space of the great room but can be closed off with a large pocket door.

We built a Wormhole above Bond Street by invading a historic structure with futuristic bits to create a world within a world: new inside of old, dark inside of bright, minimal inside of maximal. The Bond Street apartment is defined by a complete change of style, form, lighting, and material on all surfaces from floor to ceiling.

In a sleek modernist tower adjacent to Manhattan’s Hudson River, create a one-bedroom residence without compromising the architectural integrity of this iconoclastic building. Two geometries take precedent in this building, as Manhattan’s grid meets the angled geometry of the Hudson River, in this light filled space.
