A modern design with an open plan was desired, and an existing 2-story Valle Vista House house in NW Portland was vetted for a potential renovation. The existing main level was reorganized and opened up, and a third level addition for a master suite was added atop.
Quebec Street Residence is a bold, elegant, and efficient custom home in Portland, Maine’s Munjoy Hill neighborhood. A modernist reinterpretation of themes found in its nineteenth-century neighbors, the building reflects a close collaboration between GO Logic and our clients, who played a key role in the design process.

The Highland East House is a 4,300 square foot, five-bedroom, four-bathroom residence located in Portland’s SW Hills. The design harkens back to a Pacific Northwest style of mid-century modern houses constructed in Portland in the nineteen sixties.
