The strength of the Petrópolis Apartment is in the naturality of materials and its efficient and functional aesthetic. The design doesn’t take over the space. Anita Apartment is a Project designed in 2017 by Ambidestro Arquitetura and it covers an area of 70m2 located in Porto Alegre, South Brazil. The apartment, decorated with 2 suites (70 m2), was designed to accommodate the many demands of its future residents: privileges the breadth without giving up the design and functionality that an apartment of this size must anticipate.
This small open-plan apartment has smart multifunctional solutions to emphasize the potential of the space. The social areas are completely integrated, which facilitates the fluidity of the functions that the client needs; whether resting, working or welcoming friends and family.
Based on this premise, the architects João Pedro Crescente and Raquel Zaffalon from the brazilian architecture office AMBIDESTRO, have decided to create a layout that changes according to the use. Designed to be the home of the contemporary man, the Aspen Apartment is the latest completed project of the Ambidestro Arquitetura office in Porto Alegre. With the smallest detail in mind, the apartment was designed for clients looking for a living space inspired by the great capitals of the world.
The GW apartment is the first home of a young couple that likes art, contemporary architecture and wine. With the premise that the clients receive many friends at home, the project sought to organize the social space within a fragmented old social plan from the nineties.
