Located in the vibrant heart of Budapest, this stunning apartment boasts an exceptional panoramic view of the city, the majestic Danube River, and the iconic Parliament building. Completed in 2017 by the renowned Margeza Design Studio, the apartment underwent a comprehensive renovation to transform it into a unique and colorful urban retreat.
The interior of the apartment is a true reflection of Margeza Design Studio’s signature style, characterized by vibrant, energy-filled colors and a joyful atmosphere that exudes happiness. Special attention was given to creating bespoke furniture and designing custom carpets exclusively tailored for this apartment. One notable feature is a carpet shaped like the map of Budapest, with a small red dot pinpointing the exact location of the apartment, adding a personal touch to the space.
A standout feature of the apartment is its abundant natural light, streaming through the expansive windows that offer an uninterrupted view of the cityscape. The living room’s giant window serves as a dynamic backdrop, resembling an open cinema that showcases the ever-changing scenery of Budapest.
Spanning across two levels, the 110 sqm (1,184 sq ft) apartment includes a spacious living room, two cozy bedrooms, and an additional study that offers a tranquil space for work or relaxation. The apartment’s terrace provides a perfect vantage point to admire the boats sailing on the Danube, adding to the serene and picturesque ambiance of the space.
