Watt is a brand new real estate project in Ghent designed by Belgian studio Dift.

From the designer: Dift provides a temporary solution for a vacant office block in Ghent. The three-storey building hosts several activities and shops. On the ground floor, there’s a plant shop and a Jiggers cocktail bar. Cheers!

The first floor hosts a gallery, a magazine store and a beauty & care shop, whereas the second floor is turned into an exceptional business space. The higher you go, the cooler it gets: a penthouse! DIFT involved several brands and stores to such as espoo., Huiszwaluw Home, Labt, Piet Moodshop, Koperhuis en Studio Klaer. The result is an eclectic mix of vintage furniture and temporary design. The rooftop apartment counts four separate bedrooms, with a different look & feel.

Suntrap House by Anderson Architecture

A home’s liveability begins and ends with its orientation. For this heritage home in the inner western suburb of Lewisham, south-facing living quarters meant the family spent most of their time in cold, dimly lit rooms. Not much fun.

Brooklyn Row Home by Office of Architecture

When we were approached by our clients to gut renovate and add to a 110 year old, 15′ wide row house, our goal was to create a home that could adapt to change over time.
